Position Summary


The Social Media Account Manager will oversee the companys interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Responsibilities include managing over 10 social media accounts, developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and drive business objectives. Key duties involve analyzing engagement data, identifying customer interaction trends, and planning digital campaigns to build an online community. The role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves working between 40-50 hours weekly, typically over 5 days. Schedules are tentative and may vary based on business needs, events, or holidays.

Essential Functions



  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals.

  2. Manage and maintain 10+ social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

  3. Create and maintain a content calendar for consistent content delivery.

  4. Plan and execute digital and social media campaigns across all company concepts.

  5. Develop content for all venues.

  6. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics; provide reports and insights for strategy optimization.

  7. Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  8. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.

  9. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to foster innovation.

Requirements



  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Ability to operate business communication applications (email, chat, text).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Ability to align content with customer trends and market changes.
