We are a fast paced & growing garage door window & door company located in Lake Worth looking for a Warehouse Manger to join our team.

Position is full time Monday - Friday: 7am-4pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Store material in warehouse in an organized fashion and pull materials as needed to load into company vehicles.
Receive materials from vendors, verify quantity for accuracy, complete paperwork as appropriate.
Assist in taking inventory and maintaining accuracy.
Build out orders for install teams
Utilize modern devices for sorting, scanning, and order preparation
Follow on-screen instructions for various tasks
Maintain warehouse, yard, and trucks in a proper presentable manner.
Responsible for the safe handling of materials and adhering to company safety regulations at all times; including wearing back brace, gloves, shoes, and other safety devices as appropriate.
Aiding customers with materials, reporting problems, with deliveries, and service issues.
Performs all other tasks as necessary

Experience is a must.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing .
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Ability to operate powered equipment
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.

Physical Requirements

Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting and work with and around a variety of equipment, parts, and inventory, to operate a motor vehicle and forklift; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium physical work; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. 

While performing the duties of this Job, Employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 85 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment and assistance.
